The Geometry of Earth is an original contemporary beige and brown geometric abstract painting by Tatiana Malinovscaia, created in 2026. This large 64 × 126 cm acrylic painting on canvas combines architectural structure, rich textures, and sophisticated neutral colors.
I created this painting inspired by the beauty of weathered stone, ancient walls, and architectural surfaces shaped by time. I wanted to explore the contrast between strong geometric lines and organic textures, creating a composition that feels both powerful and timeless.
Soft shades of warm ivory, cream, sand beige, taupe, and stone grey contrast with earthy brown, charcoal, and deep black. Subtle cool grey undertones add depth to the predominantly neutral palette.
Using palette knives and brushes, I built expressive layers of acrylic paint, combining textured strokes, scraping, and distressed effects. Bold intersecting lines create an architectural focal point, while softer surrounding textures bring harmony to the composition.
This large neutral abstract painting adds character and understated elegance to modern, minimalist, and Japandi-inspired interiors. Its narrow vertical format makes it particularly suitable for accent walls and spaces where a distinctive architectural statement is desired. Original acrylic on canvas, 2026. Size: 64 × 126 cm (vertical). Stretched on wooden stretcher bars, ready to hang. No signature on the front. Certificate of Authenticity included.
