In this piece I worked with layered acrylic textures to create a sense of depth and atmosphere. Soft blue and grey tones flow across the canvas, merging with warm beige, ivory and deeper charcoal passages. Subtle accents of ochre introduce warmth and contrast, bringing balance to the cooler tones and adding natural luminosity to the composition.

The painting was built gradually through multiple layers using palette knife and brush techniques. Scraped textures, fluid transitions and expressive marks allow the surface to shift between softness and structure. From a distance the composition feels expansive and airy, while up close the textured acrylic reveals the physical gesture of the painting process.
