We handle the entire shipping process, ensuring artwork reaches customers worldwide.

SHIPMENT:

Artworks are dispatched within 1-5 working days from Moldova.
Worldwide delivery usually takes 5-12 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the size of the painting and the country of destination.

We have not yet had any return of paintings, and customers are always satisfied.

But we provide conditions for the return of purchase in case something went wrong.
If the painting arrived with inadequate quality or damage, please take a photo of it and send it to us.

Within two weeks (14 days from the date of receiving) we accept a return request from customer – send us an email.
Attention! The delivery of the painting back is carried out at the expense of the buyer. We will make a refund operation as soon as we get the painting back. Time of refund transaction takes about 3 days.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with the payment details.
We securely process PayPal payments from customers and ensure that earnings are safely transferred to the artists.
We process payments from customers and securely transfer earnings to the artists.

We treat our paintings with great care and concern. This applies primarily to the packaging of each painting.
We attach a certificate of authenticity for each painting.
