Purchase returns
We have not yet had any return of paintings, and customers are always satisfied.
But we provide conditions for the return of purchase in case something went wrong.
If the painting arrived with inadequate quality or damage, please take a photo of it and send it to us.
Within two weeks (14 days from the date of receiving) we accept a return request from customer – send us an email.
Attention! The delivery of the painting back is carried out at the expense of the buyer. We will make a refund operation as soon as we get the painting back. Time of refund transaction takes about 3 days.
